ILON Valkeat is a versatile and warm-hearted wellness fair focusing on wellbeing, meaningful encounters and being present as yourself and in connection with yourself and your surroundings.

The event features interesting lectures, demonstrations, workshops and exhibitors from various fields. You can also try a variety of sample treatments and interpretations, and enjoy the inspiring, energising and relaxed atmosphere.

ILON Valkeat has a café and a lunch restaurant.

Soup lunch 11:00–14:30

Soup lunch is served in the home economics classroom on the second floor from 11:00 to 14:30 for €12. The lunch includes gently warming butternut squash soup, crème fraîche, organic sourdough bread (gluten-free option available), organic beetroot hummus and roasted seeds.

Lunch is provided by AILO CATERING, where food is more than nourishment—it is an experience created from quality ingredients, careful preparation and genuine presence.

Café

ILON Valkeat has a café serving coffee, tea, smoothies, and savoury and sweet treats. The café is located in the lobby entrance on the library side.
