For My Pain… Kantakrouvi 7.2.2026

After a 20-year hiatus, the dark, gothic-tinged metal outfit For My Pain… will release its long-awaited second album on 9 January 2026 and head out on a club tour to celebrate. The new record, “Buried Blue,” will be launched with a five-date release tour that starts at Tavastia (Helsinki) on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 and wraps up at Kantakrouvi (Oulu) on Saturday, 7 February 2026. Founded in 1999 in Oulu, For My Pain… rose to international attention in the early 2000s when debut album “Fallen”was released worldwide in 2003 by Spinefarm Records / Universal Music. Blending heavy melodic metal with a brooding gothic atmosphere, the supergroup drew interest from the start thanks to its line-up of renowned Finnish metal musicians (including members of Eternal Tears of Sorrow, Nightwish, Embraze, Kalmah, Charon, and Reflexion).

In 2024, twenty years on, For My Pain… made a powerful comeback with sold-out reunion shows that drew devoted fans from around the globe. A taste of “Buried Blue” has already arrived via four new singles: the first two, “Recoil Into Darkness” and “WitchBitch Elite,” landed during the comeback year, followed by “Hetken Tie on Kevyt” and “Time Will Heal Our Wounds” in spring 2025.
